Sauce Blanche es la prescriptora de talento musical y culinario, que desde 2018 vincula estos dos sectores con una mirada innovadora para crear eventos y contenidos creativos.
Sauce Session es el formato digital de Sauce Blanche que propone un encuentro entre un chef y un artista. Los artistas están invitados a actuar en las cocinas de los restaurantes para sesiones filmadas, con un chef cocinando su especialidad.
Durante unos días, Sauce Blanche voló fuera de Francia y aterrizó bajo el sol de Madrid, momento de rodar esta Sauce Session con el artista español Ganges en Batch, una bodega de alimentos y ultramarinos en pleno Mercado de Vallehermoso en Madrid.
Los chefs Daniel y Nacho, al frente de Batch, cocinan un plato a base de tomate asado y fermentado a baja temperatura acompañado de un gazpacho de remolacha, mientras Ganges interpreta uno de sus últimos singles, «Nunca«. Para la ocasión, la artista se viste de la marca barcelonesa LAAGAM, fundada por Inés Arroyo.
Teresa Gutiérrez, también conocida como Ganges es una artista española de Santander. Siempre acompañada de su piano, la compositora y pianista ofrece una música a medio camino entre el electro-pop y el indie.
Al frente de Batch, tienda de vinos y ultramarinos ubicada en pleno Mercado de Vallehermoso de Madrid, Daniel y Nacho, apasionados del buen beber y el buen comer, disfrutan destacando los vinos naturales, los fermentos y los productos de etiqueta.
Inspirándose en sus experiencias y viajes pasados, los dos socios buscan promover una alimentación consciente y local a través de productos y procesos olvidados o desconocidos.

For a few days, Sauce Blanche flew out of France and landed under the Madrid sun, the time to shoot this Sauce Session with the Spanish artist Ganges at Batch, a food cellar and grocery store in the heart of the “Mercado de Vallehermoso” in Madrid.
The chefs Daniel and Nacho, head of Batch, cook a dish based on roasted tomato and fermented at low temperature accompanied by a beet gazpacho, while Ganges performs one of her latest single, «Nunca«. For the occasion, the artist is dressed by the Barcelona brand LAAGAM, founded by Inés Arroyo.
