Nacida como Zoe Fioravanti, FIOR se ha sentido atraída por la música desde una edad temprana y comenzó a crear música cuando era adolescente, cuando comenzó a escribir sus propias letras y hacer ritmos en su computadora. Su música elegante, impulsada por el ritmo y con infusión de pop contiene elementos de funk, soul, disco y rock que se combinan con su voz exuberante y ágil.
